Therapuetic Services

At Threshold Therapy, I believe that you are the expert on your own life. My role isn't to provide all the answers or tell you what to do; it's to walk alongside you as we explore what's working, what isn't, and what possibilities exist for moving forward.

My approach is deeply collaborative because real change happens when we work together, not when solutions are imposed from the outside. I create a space where you can bring your whole authentic self; the parts you're proud of, the parts you're struggling with, and everything in between.

I offer in-person and virtual therapy sessions for any person who resides in the state of Texas.

Fee Structure

Please reach out to discuss rates for individual and family sessions, speaking engagements, and coaching.

  • I do not accept insurance at this time.

If you are on an insurance plan, I am happy to provide you with a statement at the end of each month so that you may file for out-of-network reimbursement, if that is available through your insurance coverage. This route does require you to pay my full fee out-of-pocket each session. I am also in partnership with Mentaya, who will file your out-of-network claims on your behalf. You can learn more here.

You also have the option of using your FSA (Flexible Spending Account) or HSA (Health Savings Account) card to cover the cost of therapy, if your insurance plan includes one.

  • I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots in my practice to make therapy accessible and afforadable for those with limited financial resources. I prioritize LGBTQ+ and BIPOC folks. Please reach out if you’d like to learn more.

Men’s Challenges

I have a particular passion for supporting men who are questioning traditional expectations around masculinity and exploring their emotional lives more fully. This work often involves examining societal messages, developing emotional vocabulary, and creating space for vulnerability and authentic expression.

Religious Trauma

I provide a space to explore past and present religious experiences without judgment. Whether you're deconstructing previous beliefs, integrating new spiritual practices, or finding your own path, I’m here to provide judgment-free support on your journey.

Relationships

I work with couples and individuals in various relationship structures, including polyamorous relationships, mixed-faith partnerships, and LGBTQ+ relationships. Each relationship is unique, and I approach this work with curiosity rather than assumptions about what should work for you as we find a path forward together.

My Approach

  • Emotions aren't just feelings to manage. They are valuable information about what matters to you and what you need. EFT helps us understand how emotions shape your experiences and relationships, creating pathways to deeper connection and authenticity.

  • Your story matters, and sometimes healing involves reclaiming authorship of that story. We'll explore how you understand your experiences and consider new ways of viewing yourself and your possibilities.

  • We don't exist in isolation. We're shaped by the relationships and systems around us. Whether we're working on individual growth or relationship challenges, understanding these connections helps us create lasting change that honors all parts of your life.

  • For couples, I integrate research-backed approaches that focus on building friendship, managing conflict constructively, and creating shared meaning. This method helps partners strengthen their foundation while developing skills for navigating challenges together.
